Okay, so I can't control the monster anymore.  4 producers calling for our Master Artists last week....gotta check 'em out.  Grapevine 86 shows, Six Flags 7 shows, 22 various shows for Christmas,.....all in the  month of December..... Showcase in L.A. in January for some of the NAMM goers....at a great club in Hollywood...also...another call.....a chance to be on the biggest search engine in the world ...just maybe in SEPTIEN WEBISODES about upcoming talent and how to break them on their search engine...sound familiar...yep about 100 times..but just maybe this time?  

Then there is the opp to be with the largest convention company in the world to book all their talent....You know who you are out there...thanks so much for this opp!!!!!!!  Off to New York for a writing spree with Rudi and remington...and we are adding another top notch producer to our company that we meeting with next week...Ty, one of our partners,  is building out the "white space " of 3000 feet into full band rehearsal and recording studios...how's that for expensive something to keep the noise level down?  

But with all these opportunities comes challenges on both the teaching side and the good employee side! We started off with one of the best sales trainers in the world...Aaron Koon.....he is improving our company right and left with his music sales knowledge!  And I finally got an assistant....well 2 now.....and they have eased my load tremendously.....
