Soleil is currently a sophomore in the theater conservatory at Booker T. Washington High School of the Visual and Performing Arts. She has been acting and singing at the age of 5 and began writing original songs for kids at the early age of 6. When she was younger, her songs were reviewed by Preston Jones of DFW.com and the Fort Worth Star Telegram, as he described Soleil’s song, “Chase Chain,” as a breezy, kid friendly pop song. As she continues to pursue acting, she has appeared in commercials and a short film in which she had the opportunity to present and write a poem in front of Oscar and Grammy Winner, Common. She spent most of her childhood performing in regional and Community Theater and she has spent her last couple of summers at Interlochen Summer Arts Camp in Michigan. She is constantly writing, whether it be pop songs or plays, and Soleil is a pianist and percussionist. She enjoys music, cross country running, rock climbing and she earned a state medal as a participant in the Duke University Talent Identification Program. Septien Entertainment has become a second home to Soleil, and she is grateful to all of her coaches, including, WT Greer, Ben Fisher and Zakk Manzella as they continue to assist her develop as an artist.
